CashOS NextGen Mobile Workflow Solution

Cash is like Oxygen for a Company. Remove Cash and it is just a matter of time when any Company would collapse. Real positive cash flows are the best indicator of the health of a company. However, we observed that there are not much software around the core to business ie Cash. There are many for HR, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain etc..;

CashOS is born based on our internal need. So we developed our own solution for our business to track every penny across our value chain in real-time using Cloud and Mobile workflows. Our Dukanline business witnessed great success and went on to become the largest eDistributor in India by rotating our cash 26 times a month. We built CashOS with 2.5+ million man-hours coding along with rich experience gained through the business we did. We thought to help others with our technology with simple monthly pricing through Software as Service (SaaS) model.

CashOS enables businesses to liberate cash and generate more profits from their existing operations

Cash is the lifeblood of any organization. With the stricter Banking policies and regulatory norms, it is becoming imperative for Businesses to manage their Cashflows smartly. Wish Every one Happy Diwali 2018

Diwali means Festival of Lights. In India, Diwali is one of the main Festivals.

Over the centuries, Diwali (Deepawali) Mean has become a national festival that is enjoyed by most Indians regardless of faith: Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, and Sikhs.

Hindus interpret the Diwali story based upon where they live:

  • In northern India, they celebrate the story of King Rama’s return to Ayodhya after he defeated Ravana by lighting rows of clay lamps.
  • Southern India celebrates it as the day that Lord Krishna defeated the demon Narakasura.
  • In western India, the festival marks the day that Lord Vishnu, the Preserver (one of the main gods of the Hindu trinity) sent the demon King Bali to rule the netherworld.

In all interpretations, one common thread rings true—the festival marks the victory of good over evil.

Irrespective of religion and communities any festival brings joy and happiness across people around us.

May this Diwali bring crackers of joy, fireworks of laughter and sweets of love. May the God bestow his grace on you and family. Happy Diwali!! to all of you across the world.

Why CashOS is not ERP?

One of the definitions we found for ERP goes like this “Enterprise resource
planning (ERP) is a method of efficiently utilizing people, hardware and
software to increase productivity and profit, thus simplifying a company’s
business processes.”.In fact, most of the definitions go along similar lines.
CashOS is different from an ERP in several ways.

1) A focus of CashOS is only on CASH.
Anything that smells or sounds like CASH, CASHOS can help. Some of the key
areas that come to mind are Raw materials, Finished goods, Collections,
Material under process. Another important feature of CashOS is that it tracks
TIME.There is an old saying Time is Money. I think Time is more than Money.
Because Money can be earned, but Time once gone, cannot be earned back.
No matter what. CashOS’s focus is on these two key elements of any
Business: Cash and Time

2) Data entry is done by people who do the work
Typically in most of the organizations, Computer access is only for a few ‘selected’ individuals. They may be supervisors or people with ‘higher’ educational qualifications.
Whereas in CashOS, every person who does an activity enters his / her activities directly into their smartphones.
3) Data is captured on Real-time
In CashOS data is captured as the work happens. Which means it is real time. Which could play a significant role in the decision-making process, unlike a delayed data capture system?

4) You don’t need computers to run your IT systems
Typically when we say IT, it means desktops or laptops. Whereas in CashOS you don’t need these at all. Except maybe for one or two.
There are several other differences, but in short, CashOS is a totally new way to look at running a business through Mobile Cloud Workflows. It may look like a ‘mobile ERP’ for a first-timer, but when you look deeper, you start appreciating what CashOS can help you achieve!!!

How CashOS can optimize TIME in your Organization? What does it mean?

Now let’s look at it from an individual perspective and understand what Time Optimization means and what could be its implications.

Imagine two individuals A & B.  One who gets the best out of his 24 hours. While the other just go with the flow. How does A manage to get the best? By planning and being prepared. So he anticipates how a day will go and plans for the best outcomes.
Now, what would B be doing? Just react to whatever is happening to him. Not taking proactive actions and not preparing for the future.

We see this all the time, isn’t it? Thought these are two extremes, it gives a sense of what would eventually happen to A & B. where they would end up 5, 10, 20 years from now. With respect to their financial situations, career growth, health, relationships etc.

Now let’s see from an organizations perspective. Could there be an A & B among organizations? Unlikely. Because usually organizations are run by smart people. But if you observe the difference between the best performing and worst performing organizations is not much. Maybe a few percentage points.

More importantly, it’s not just the people who run an organization that matters. It’s the people who execute which probably matter even more.

Now, How can you get your organization to optimize the time available an get the best outcomes? Try CashOS.
