Job Description

  • The candidate will lead all Customer interactions post sale
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch and promote our Saas products and solution by cross selling to existing Customers

Responsibilities

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product management and others on product messaging and positioning
    • Lead cross-functional teams to launch and promote our ITSM products and solutions
    • Define ideal customer profiles, target personas and value propositions for relevant market segments
    • Develop and execute GTM programs and integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand
    • Create thought leadership content, including web sites, white papers, webinars, emails, presentations, press releases, customer case studies and product videos
    • Develop sales enablement tools, including training, battle cards, playbooks and value messaging guides
    • Research competitive products and create competitive analysis materials to enable sales
    • Provide content for and represent the company at various speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, industry analyst briefings, etc.

Requirement

    • 5+ years B2B product marketing or product management experience, including 2+ years in ITSM/ESM
    • Proven track record of collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive results
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and lead cross-functional teams
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrable background in writing marketing content (white papers, website content, data sheets, etc.)
    • CRM domain experience in ITSM/ESM is required
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
    • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, sales people, industry analysts and trade press
    • Experience working with large international teams and ability to work cross-culturally and travel frequently
    • Experience in marketing to developers is highly desired
    • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
