Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and talented executive assistant to MD and someone who is adept with HR responsibilities, using Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn and also administering HR Activities inside the organization to On Board New employees, work with existing employees, preparing Attendance reports for Payroll processing, Approving Leave, Working with employees to create positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • To Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy.
  • Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees for grievances, performance management.
  • Need to have good knowledge of Performance Management System.
  • To support the resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary.
  • Monitor compliance of all requirements and timelines specified in the complaint/grievance procedures
  • Conducts exit interviews to ensure proper information is captured, recorded, and is available for analysis
  • Meets with management to discuss possible action steps to resolve associate relations issues.
  • Manage company-wide communications for organizational announcements as needed.
  • Assist with audits and maintenance of employee personnel records.
  • Preparation and maintenance of reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of HR
  • Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

Requirement

  • 2-4 yrs of HR Generalist / HR Business partner knowledge
  • Experience in recruitment and retaining great talent is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR tools for recruitment, Email communication, Social Networking recruitment.
  • Work day to day employee life cycle and manage HR Activity at the company.
