VP – Marketing & Business Development

Job brief:
The candidate will lead all Business development activities to drive pipeline for the company. It would involve all marketing, channel development efforts

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for all marketing efforts.
• It would include managing all customer-facing opportunities such as website, blogs, online presence (youtube, facebook, LinkedIn etc)
• Representing the organization at industry fairs, seminars etc
• Be a content creator where required
• The role would also involve setting up a channel partner network across the identified geographies. Complete the documentation. Bring the partners up to speed with adequate training and handholding
• Enable partners by feeding leads and then helping them generate and close their own leads
• Maintain and enhance relationships with channel partners so their contribution increases with time
• Work with other teams such as Sales, Technology, Support where required

Requirement

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant areas
• Having experience in building channel partnerships
• Having experience in marketing and demand generation
• Ability and strong adaptability to work in a start-up environment
• Must have proven communication skills
