Responsibilities:

• Take user/client signoffs and ensure closure
• Do gap analysis and solution mapping and create requisite documentation
• Initiate process to kick start the requirement implementation and manage all related activities for vendor finalization/coordination etc.
• Get involved in scope management, cost estimation, schedule estimation, resource loading, also part of internal and external quality audits.
• Manage change management process to control change requests
• Ensure that SDD (System Design Document) is created and signed off before implementation
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle process for implementation
• Create and execute the test cases and initiate the required signoffs for product go live
• Follow necessary deployment procedures and ensure minimal downtime.
• Involved in risk analysis, prioritization and creation of risk mitigation plan.
• Single point of contact for all issues and escalations.

Requirement

• Drive programs from initiation to closure phase.
• Primarily responsible for managing project deliveries
• Responsible for creation of project plan, defining critical milestones, creating project baseline documents, monitoring deviations and taking controlling measures.
• Representation to steering committee on overall project status, risk, action plans, milestones, forecast.
• Responsible for stakeholder communication, attending project review for representing updates on project periodically.
• Vendor management and coordination to track contractual obligations
• Perform project closure task which includes signoff on deliveries, financial closure, documentation, handover to support
